Credit Suite Trademark Use Policy

Credit Suite’s trademarks, logos, and branding are valuable assets of our company. To maintain the integrity of our brand and to ensure consistent use, we’ve established the following guidelines for using Credit Suite trademarks. By using any of Credit Suite’s trademarks, you agree to comply with this Trademark Use Policy.

1. Authorized Use of Credit Suite Trademarks

You may use Credit Suite’s trademarks only if you have received explicit written permission or have entered into a formal agreement with Credit Suite that grants you specific rights to use our branding materials.

Authorized Use Includes:

  • Affiliates or resellers using our trademarks to promote Credit Suite’s products and services in accordance with their partnership or reseller agreements.
  • References to Credit Suite products or services in marketing materials, provided they do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without our explicit permission.
  • Use of logos and brand assets available in our official marketing resource library as specified by Credit Suite with expressed written permission from Credit Suite dated before usage.

2. Prohibited Uses of Credit Suite Trademarks

Credit Suite’s trademarks cannot be used in the following ways:

  • Misleading Use: You may not use Credit Suite trademarks in a way that could cause confusion about your relationship with Credit Suite or suggest that you have an endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by Credit Suite when this is not the case.
  • Alteration of Trademarks: Do not alter, distort, modify, or change Credit Suite logos, designs, or brand colors in any way.
  • As Domain Names or Social Media Handles: You are not permitted to use Credit Suite trademarks as part of your domain name, website name, or social media handle.
  • In Products, Services, or Company Names: You may not incorporate Credit Suite trademarks into the names of your own products, services, or business entities.
  • Disparagement: The trademarks cannot be used in any way that might disparage, defame, or damage Credit Suite’s reputation or image.

3. Trademark Symbols and Notices

When you use Credit Suite’s trademarks, you must include the appropriate trademark symbols (™ or ®) and attributions as follows:

  • Use the ® symbol when referring to a registered trademark.
  • Use the ™ symbol for other trademarks that are not registered.
  • Include a trademark attribution statement such as: “Credit Suite and the Credit Suite logo are trademarks of Credit Suite, Inc.”

4. Logo Usage Guidelines

The Credit Suite logo is a registered trademark of Credit Suite Inc. 

  • Use only official Credit Suite logos provided by us in our digital asset library.
  • Maintain clear spacing around the logo, ensuring it is not crowded by other text or graphics.
  • Do not change the proportions, colors, or orientation of the Credit Suite logo.
  • Always use the logo in its entirety and never use any part of it as a stand-alone graphic.

5. Approval Process

If you are unsure whether your use of Credit Suite’s trademarks complies with this policy, please contact us for approval before you proceed. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is subject to enforcement actions and may result in the termination of relevant agreements.

6. Reservation of Rights

Credit Suite reserves the right to revoke permission to use its trademarks at any time and for any reason. Any unauthorized use of Credit Suite’s trademarks will be considered a violation of this Trademark Use Policy and may lead to legal action.
