The Business T-Shirt Club net 30 account has been a top option for those needing branded apparel.

They report payments to Equifax Business and Creditsafe.

They’ll even provide credit and trade references.

If you’re in need of premium apparel brands and good business credit, a net 30 account with this vendor is a good choice.

Our Verdict on Business T-Shirt Club’s Net 30 Account

The Business T-Shirt Club net 30 account, recently rebranded to Branded Apparel Club, has a lot to offer.

The first and most obvious point to cover is their inventory. The Branded Apparel Club has an extensive inventory of blank, customizable apparel. This type of apparel can be great for those who sell custom clothing.

It’s also perfect for teams needing personalized clothing for branding and marketing purposes.

There are some sources stating they report payments to several credit bureaus. The credit bureau reporting that we see involves Equifax Business and Creditsafe. There may be more, but they’re not specifically listed.

There are a few downsides that we’ll discuss further down in this article. You may also be at a loss to find specific information as their FAQ page isn’t built out.

Despite these, the Branded Apparel Club net 30 account will help you build credit. There are just a few caveats you’ll want to keep in mind before you fully commit.

Business T-Shirt Club’s Net 30 Account Pros

Reports to More Than One Business Credit Bureau

When you’re looking for net 30 vendor tradelines, business credit reporting is everything.

You don’t want to get trade credit, only to get none of the advantages that should come with it.

That’s why it’s important that net 30 vendors report payments to more than one credit bureau.

Fortunately, you receive exactly that as a business owner with Branded Apparel Club.

They don’t report to Dun & Bradstreet or Experian Business. Still, they do report to Equifax Business and Creditsafe.

More than one credit reporting agency will help you start building your credit with ease. Just pay within 30 days and watch your credit history and score grow!

Seamless Application and Trade References

There are a ton of net 30 accounts out there to choose from. When you’re looking into tier 1 business credit vendors, you want to consider ease of application and added perks.

How easy is it to sign up for Branded Apparel Club over other net 30 vendors? The application process is extremely straightforward, and it would be difficult to be rejected. Everything can be done right on their website. Additionally, it doesn’t say anything about a personal credit check.

All you need is the basic information about your business and a few minutes. Then, you just wait to hear back from Branded Apparel Club.

Speaking to the perks of having an account, there are plenty to enjoy. Some of the highlights of membership and net 30 terms with Branded Apparel Club include:

    • Trade References: Having positive trade references can bolster your application when you’re trying to secure financing like a business loan. You can have these on hand and add them to your D&B profile for simpler application. Good credit is great, but vendor proof on your credit report offers additional support.
    • Additional Member Savings: Saving money is important no matter what you purchase from Branded Apparel Club. You already get wholesale rates on clothing. But becoming a member can help you tap into extra savings that will help you keep your costs down.
    • Affiliate Program: Are you looking to find other ways to generate revenue for your business? You can tell other businesses to sign up for Branded Apparel Club and make money with their affiliate program. It’s a smart addition to your business plan.
    • And More

If you want a net 30 account with something more, Branded Apparel Club offers plenty of benefits.

Business T-Shirt Club’s Net 30 Account Cons

Additional Membership Fees and Sign-Up Limitations

There are a lot of great net 30 accounts out there with very few disadvantages. Branded Apparel Club is not one of these net 30 accounts.

There are two key issues with the Branded Apparel Club net 30 account: membership fees and sign-up payment terms.

You will be required to pay $70 annually to keep an active Branded Apparel Club net 30 account. This isn’t a deal breaker as many net 30 vendors have this fee. (You of course have a late payment fee if you pay past 30 days as well).

However, they do build upon this with minimum purchase thresholds. These net 30 payment terms include:

  • At least $250 when you’re purchasing blank apparel
  • At least 12 items per design when you’re creating customized apparel
  • At least $100 in pre-designed products (before shipping and taxes)

When you sign up, it’s worth noting that you’re not going to get the full benefits. A traditional net 30 account would give you 30 days to pay back the amount in full.

With Branded Apparel Club, you have to pay 50% upfront for a time. They don’t specify when you can stop doing this. However, it stands to reason that you can stop after you’ve proven yourself to be a reliable buyer.

Business T-Shirt Club’s Net 30 Approval Requirements

The only approval requirements you’ll need to meet for Branded Apparel Club include:

  • Having a valid business with a Tax ID number (and other relevant information)
  • Being able to pay the membership fee
  • Agreeing to the net 30 terms and minimum purchase thresholds
